POPSBoycott products by Jewish companies: PPIM While the intention may be noble, i.e. to send a strong message, the repercussions are going to affect Malaysians (not the US or Israel), of whom thousands are employed by these so-called "Jewish companies". A majority of which are Muslims. Incidentally, PPIM has also been consistently calling for the boycott of 3 entities specifically (although not mentioned by name in the article): Starbucks, McDonalds, and Colgate.

Let's hope Raja Petra's defense lawyers also make sure that he's not re-arrested upon leaving the court, something which the Malaysian Police have done in the past, a blatantly contemptuous action.

POPSHuman rights and Islam? Protesting that others aren't doing it right like yourself when it comes to religion is common fare. But you have to wonder by what great short circuit of logic did the protest leader (in the third paragraph below) surmised that he and his fellow believers' human rights were being violated by Ahmadiyah "disturbing" their practice of Islam. Was something lost in translation or has the protest leader decided to abandon all logic in his leap into faith?
