However, the US can't point the finger because it used the so-called "Shake and Bake" attack on the civilians of Fallujah in Iraq. White phosphorus is the constituent of napalm that makes it keep burning under water. Whie phosphorus is so reactive that it splits water molecules creating hydrogen and oxygen, which is why it can keep burning.

Well worth reading if you are following this news topic. Another bit I liked: Is Hamas going to say: "Wow, this blitz is awesome – we'd better recognise the state of Israel, fall in line with the Palestinian Authority, lay down our weapons and pray we are taken prisoner and locked up indefinitely and support a new American 'peace process' in the Middle East!" ...
