About me
A more-than-full-time archaeologist. Interested in labor history, anthropology, archaeology, materialist philosophy, the politics of history... the usual.
Why I use Clipmarks
I use it mainly for stashing ephemera that I might or might not use down the road. A lot of what I clip, I clip for no other reason than than it 's interesting or useful to me, but I really like seeing what then gets popped and what doesn't. So far the results of my study show that I should put the word "testicles" in my titles.

Just out of curiosity I revisited the memory hole and the debate that seemed to happen everywhere except in the media. I thought this was a pretty good example of silenced part of that debate.

This one of the articles where Clipmarks implodes--big paragraphs. Anyway interesting article on an anthropologist working in the State Department counterterrorism department. Some good, maybe commonsense, observations and a few creepy bits, e.g. "Cultural Operations Research Human Terrain." Worth reading in full.
