There are many articles, news items and whatever tickles your fancy, that will give you information about how biofuels such as corn, are creating (or not creating) a hunger crisis. It's enough to make a grown man or woman cry. I know I've cried more than once on seeing hungry human beings filmed in all their emaciation ... (I could never figure out... if they can get cameras out there to these poor folks why the hell can't they get food to them??... but that's just an idiosyncrasy of mine.) I was surprised to see it was about the rush to improve one's appearance by seeking out deadly cosmetic surgeries of sort. This is another one of those by-products from the advertisement industry who use "beautiful people" to sell the crap we buy... Subconscious messages are planted during these many ads, shoved in our faces, via magazines, newspapers, TV and any media we may tap into, to get entertained or informed. These ads, on a subconscious level make us feel ugly and useless because we don't resemble the actors or models who seem to enjoy their lives so much better than we. The bad news is, the people, the ones with their heads forever stuck in a book of ancient writings, got their clueless compromise. They made the somewhat backwards educational system of Fla.
