POPSInspire marked launch of the cultural olymiad in Weymouth, Dorset In this, the most surveilled country in the world, I decided to document the B-side festival by "surveiling" it using my camera and phone, along with anyone else s camera or phone who wanted to take part, and upload the images to the internet. Ideally all the images will show up on a map where they were taken but the current internet technology for this is slightly limiting.
