6'1, 235 lbs. I'm trying to get back my 245 lbs. days but unfortunately because of school, I'm only limited to 3 days of training and partial strictness in diet. Summer will be different.

I use Clipmarks cause I'm a geek at heart. I love collecting information and clipmarks is really good at that. I found out about it through Firefox extensions.
