POPSYet more Limitation creep from our oh so draconian terrorism law enforcement.. If you use Terror legislation to justify fishing trips you degrade the law and the support of the man in the street as he sees his liberty eroded again and again. The police become even more alienated and criminals thrive. And as for trying to balance the races for statistical purposes, it just beggars belief. It's not as if lot of us didn't predict this is exactly what would happen!
