     Face recognition by computers is becoming a reality. Of course the logic is that it will help recognise 'criminals', but the way the Law is today everyone is a criminal. Justice is a scam, but they are getting closer to knowing where everyone is all of the time. Chipped or not. The Researchers may have the best of intentions, but there are those who will use this technology who's intentions are despicable. As we have seen clearly over the past few years. Like the first thing they did when they discovered the potential of nuclear physics. They built the biggest Goddamned bomb that could have been imaginable. And they felt quite proud of themselves.

     I am not sure if this would be valid for all countries, but it is an interesting way to potentially save money from having to go to these places that charge $10+USD for doing the photos. Check out the epassportphoto site.
