POPS FEMA Grant to ACORN is Offensive

Yes, it is! Our capital city is trying to cut back on police officers and to merge fire-fighters and the EMS to save money (which in itself is ridiculous), but I'd be willing to guess that our local ACORN organization got some of this money. Especially since our RINO Governor took all the Stimulus money and we've seen no apparent changes.
