POPSMy art on T.V. show PSYCH! My art work ( and myself ) were in the background of the T.V. show PSYCH. It was pretty fun - Met awesome people who work as background actors. Also got to meet Dule Hill ( i'm a BIG west wing fan ) and George Takei ( legend - super nice! ) The last picture you can see my character - Scarybear up the the left hand corner.

POPSTop 10 Fitness Ball Exercises. I posted this cause it has little flash videos to show how to do the excercises properly. I got in really good shape doing all these - and playing drums! I've fallen very far now and am in horrible shape but I just got the ability to be able to play my drums again - and I've breaking out the ball too! my tip -- get on the ball when watching TV or on the phone -- find a nice comfortable carpeted area and stretch! good luck!

POPSWho Killed the Electric car? (whole movie!) I just watched this film and I was outraged. It's so horrible to know that this fully electric car technology has been around for the last 10 years and instead of making it better and law - they quashed it. It's unbelievable to me. Please download and watch this film. Burn it and give it to friends. POPSLandmine Frisbees! To help raise awareness of the landmine crisis worldwide, Rapp Collins of Singapore created frisbees that look like landmines and are tossing them around the city. When someone picks one up, a message on the other side tells the person so doing that the simple act of picking up what you think is a toy landmine plague communities can get you killed... it then encourages people to go to the web site of Clear Path International (cpi.org) to help landmine and bomb survivors.

POPSStreet Fighter with 150 characters! So this mugen stuff looks crazy! Basically they are cracking all the fighting games out there and combining them al togther into one super games! POPSDeconstructing Lichtenstein. This makes me very sad. The is the 2nd artist this week I've discovered that not only borrows from other work - but blatantly, 100% steals from other sources and calls it his own. I'm not down with this kind of stuff. I'm very dissapointed.

POPSHeat changing paint By applying a certain type of Eclipse paint, the finish will change from one color to another—white to blue, black to green, black to Apple Red Candy—whenever heat is applied.

POPSVoodoo Knife set! I own this set in the RED - SO fun! and dangerous because the first thing I did was rip off the plastic safety covers on the back. ( Like the original designer had intended! ) I've accepted that one day I will impale myself on this - but it's worth it.
