POPSReport: IDF and Iran already Engaged in 'Cyber War' Well if this is true, then it will be a fast paced escalation into other war types. I wonder with all the cyber battles happening around the world, when we will begin to see Cyber Mercenery's begin to offer their services to countries. I suppose the benefit of cyber war for a mercenery is that while they might get zapped online, they don't have the worry of physical damage or death. Could possibly be a very lucrative business in the future for really good hackers looking to be cyber mercenerys or cladestine cyber operatives ;-)

POPSAdmiral says war veterans will suffer for years The government better ante up on this and insure they take care of our Vets. This prediction from the Adm is nothing different from what our Vets faced in Vietnam. In both cases there was no reason to send our troops into harms way and it sounds like again our government is not going to help those who were sent there to fight. This is another example of the absurdity of how those in top power of the government use our military and just toss aside those who have erved their country. We all need to help these folks returning home.

POPSRAND Lobbies Pentagon: Start War To Save U.S. Economy If this were true I would say our gov't is full of more Fracking idiots then I originally thought. I would not put past any think tank though - hell Cheney's old company made a shit load by doing that in 2001. Hopefully the next administration is more focused on world peace and diplomacy rather than blowing things up.

POPSDelta Force officer: US officials stopped plans to kill bin Laden This is the 2nd guy I have heard claim this. The other was a CIA operative who spoke at an event and also has a book. The stories are pretty similar. I guess Bush and crew figured without a bad guy to chase, the war would be short, so let Bin Laden out there so we can expand the war. One reason why I could never take orders - if I had the bad guy in sight - I would take em out!

POPSPalin: Iraq war 'a task that is from God' And I wonder what "God" she is referring to? Last I knew was that "God" is a peaceful entity - not one that promotes and projects war, especially for Gas and Oil. She must either have the wrong God or is totally confused.

POPSBush invokes faith to defend war policy His assumption is that everyone believes. His other assumption is everyone is Christian. That is two strikes on his justification. So at the moment he is breaking the US guidelines on separation of Church and State. I think the Romans tried the same approach centuries ago - enforcing the logic of War based on their religion?

POPSFallon 'may lose job over Iran war' Fallon is one guy I have the highest respect and admiration. Unfortunately his boss(Bush) is a total dumb ass. So if the smart guy is fired, where does it leave the dumb ass if he still acts foolish to go to war with Iran? I will bet $10 this will be the Bush/Cheney tactic to remain in office.

POPSIraqis use internet to survive war I really feel bad for the average people that are caught in the middle of this war. A war of government(s) and corporations - rather then of the common Iraqi. One can almost compare this to the US Civil War and gain an understanding of what it must have been like to be forced into fitting within - brother versus brother.

POPSArab MP: Only nukes will erase Israel If this doesn't say WW3, I am not sure what does. I also wonder why the hell the US is still dumping free money to Egypt for aid - when comments like this are being made by their Parliment members.

POPSSenator Feingold’s opening statement "These are direct quotes from the Constitution of the United States. Yet to hear some in the Administration talk, it is as if these provisions were written in invisible ink."

POPSWW2 Medal of Honor Winner detained at Airport Ok, this is old, But the point is that if these people at the TSA and screening as so stupid in not knowing what the Congressional Medal of Honor is, then how the frack are the going to catch something that is a threat.

POPS Senators to Bush: Stay out of Iran They need to remove and replace the whole Bush administration NOW, before King Bush gets more of our military killed and leads us further into WW3. These Senators have given too much to Bush already -- REMOVE his Power!

POPSRumsfeld tells war critics to 'back off' What an Asshole! I like how he can be care free at spending our tax dollars. "You ought to just back off, take a look at it, relax, understand that it's complicated, it's difficult," Rumsfeld said regarding deadlines. "Honorable people are working on these things together. There isn't any daylight between them." "Rumsfeld also said the U.S. is considering whether it should speed up money planned for recruiting, training and equipping Iraqi security forces. Officials have said training Iraqis to take over security is key to withdrawing U.S. and other coalition forces."

POPSLetter From Kevin Tillman on Iraq War "Somehow American leadership, whose only credit is lying to its people and illegally invading a nation, has been allowed to steal the courage, virtue and honor of its soldiers on the ground. " SPOT ON!
