     Have you heard of the Warrior Diet. It goes completely against anything you have ever heard but works extremely well! It is based upon eating one meal per day in the evening. Here is a clip of some of the rules to follow. The book is great and can be picked up for around $18 at any book store. The author, Ori Hofmekler does an outstanding job writing in an entertaining way. This is certainly not your normal boring diet book. This one has some flavor to it for sure!
