I really enjoy kind people who are also witty and sarcastic at times. Life is too short to be so serious!

I cruise the internet for hours each week to brainstorm about things to write about on my blog. Often times I find amazing diet and fitness tips, but don't have time to do a full blown post about these tips. I use clipmarks to clip parts of these posts, so I can comeback to them later.

The great thing is that my Clipmarks account will eventually become a great fitness resource on its own. Hopefully people will get a lot out of it. What a great tool!
