POPSBrad Britt's Various Workouts for Fight Club, Snatch, and Troy Brad Pitt got ripped in the movie Fight Club. He was 155 pounds and 6 percent body fat. For Snatch he got up to 8% body fat, but looked more lean for some strange reason. For Troy he gained the most amount of muscle, but looked less impressive in my opinion.
