POPSCC Hits: Creative Commons music Hits CC Hits is a digg-style application, with no stories this time but music. Yes, free creative commons-licensed music. So you don't have to worry, if you play it on your iPod, Zen, or whatever, because there's no sucking DRM! With a podcatcher like JuiceReceiver you can even subscribe to the charts feed and autodownload the files...

POPSPhotos from Myanmar from a friend of mine All these pics where taken from my friend Jochen, who does voluntary work in Myanmar as an English teacher. His photos are so enjoyable and some of them even breathtaking so check them out and give him some comments or add them to your faves if you like... And don't worry, that the texts are in German - the pics speak for themselves!

POPSSlideShowPro Director Wow. This looks very slick. Makes me want to purchase SlideShowPro just so I can try out SlideShowPro Director. $20 for SlideShowPro and another $20 for SlideShowPro Director. Hrm, not too pricy I suppose. Sure looks quality and I've been seeing these slideshows used all over the place.. mostly in portfolios. P.S. Make sure to watch the video to see what its capable of. Looks nice.

POPSDRM: iTunes vs. URGE... Who's going to 'win' (there is no winning in being a pain in the customer's neck) that absurd battle? Will it be Apple with their DRM or Microsoft with their "playsforsure" WMA crap? Or will we stick with ripping our CD's anyway and port them to whatever mobile device we like to?

POPSMytago tags connects the offline and online worlds This could get interesting, once higher-resolution camera mobiles and fast mobile internet connections become standard. Would be nice, to see it in tourism as well: Think of tagged bulidings, streets, statues,... and getting the info you want about them. I hope, there will be mobile clipping as well then...

POPSDoes anybody believe in services like this? My girlfriend wants an iPod nano - for free. I can tell her again and again, that you don't get anything good for free nowadays (besides Clipmarks ;-)), but she won't listen... So, has anyone given one of those services (there are hundreds it seems to me) a try?
