This bill is written so that it would also disalow straight but not married couples from being foster parents or adopting unless they were related to the child. Shawn Womack is more concerned with promoting anti-gay laws than he is in protecting children. A Loving Family Home is what a child needs. It does not matter if their are two mommies, two dads or a "traditional" male/female couple.
