POPSDealing Dogs I saw parts of the documentary last night on Anderson Cooper, it's about the horrific treatment of dogs by Class B dog dealers, who buy and sell these dogs for medical research. It's an important documentary, and although it will be heartbreaking to watch, I hope everyone does. It's on HBO tonight at 10pm. Just so we can all be aware of and understand what these poor animals go through at the hands of these disgusting people and how important it is to have tougher animal rights laws. I am continually amazed by the atrocities human beings are capable of committing, either on other humans or on defenseless animals. Sometimes (actually a lot of the time lately) I am ashamed to be part of the human race.

POPSRun your car on vegetable oil I hate to admit it...but I never heard of this before! What a great idea/product! It's a pity that its only for diesel engines...but at least it s a start!

POPSJesus Camp- for Kids This is a new documentary about the "Jesus Camp" that some Evangelicals sent their kids to over the summer. They are being trained as soldiers of GOD and told that Harry Potter is evil and are given a cardboard cutout of George W. Bush to "lay their hands on", its down right disturbing! But a good insight to the scary reality of whats going on in the life of these fundamental Christians.
