POPSWikipedia one of top news site online Once all information is digital.. it won't be hard for people to just change whatever aspect of the story that they want. I love wikipedia, but if something like this fell into the wrongs hands (and it already has, IMO), then we are in some serious trouble. Our government already run a pretty good misinformation campaign. Stuff like this is just gonna make lies into facts.

POPS"And the moon was born from the earth..." There is a theory out there that the moon is actually a big piece of the earth that was broken off long, long ago, as in billions of years ago! Ever since then the moon has been steady pulling away from us. At one time the gravity would have been 100 times greater than it is today. Imagine, 500 foot waves when it's calm. No wonder it took life so long to start evolving. Our very existance is due to these very precise conditions. Earth being in the habitable zone of the sun, for one, and two, the moon being there to stabilize the planet, so the planet doesn't wobble on it's axis like mars. There are many more reasons. Probably the most important that we can control is our effects on the environment. We have to stop killing the planet. We need new forms of energy, and a new look on life. each, seemingly impossible to accomplish. I, for one, believe this theory, and now there is emerging scientific proof to back it up.

POPSSaturday's Full Moon Offers Strange Illusion (6/30/07) Wow, it's gonna be cool seeing this. What's even more intresting is that the moon is slowly moving away from us. One day, the move will have moved so far away that the oceans will no longer be filled with waves. The water will not be re-oxygenated and everything will die. How's that for a happy Hollywood ending?

When will we get rid of Trent Lott? He has proved his uselessness with this vote. The Republicans are obviously trying to win over the latino vote, because they know that without their support their party is doomed with American citizens. It was the latino vote that saved Bush's ass in the last election, and this is Bush's way of securing that for republicans in the future, but the sad thing is, IMO, Bush has squandered the Republicans chance to lead us, unless they break away from him now. Bush has driven this country further into debt than any other president! He isn't focused on what is important, like America, and Americans! The last thing we need is a 13 million new cheap legal workers in america further driving down the wages!! It's already hard enough! Come to Mississippi and I'll show you hell!! I'm sure it's not so bad in other states, but here it's the pits! Get the illegals out!! Make room for Americans and raise our damn wages!
