The images are records of antarctic expeditions where amongst other things photos were taken of iceberg 'calvings,' where a large iceberg breaks up into smaller pieces. the pictures were taken from 2000, until the end of the Antarctic research season in 2006, on page 3. The clipped pictures,are icon sized, but can be seen with greater magnification at the site. Due to the relationship between surface area and volume, the smaller icebergs become, the quicker they melt

This photo and others like it make me very angry. Anger towards the parents that are using their children to promote hate and intolerance. Bigotry and hate are yet alive and well in our society and we need to ban together to aid in eliminating it. The photo is sad. The photo is a lie. I can hear Jesus now saying, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." And I am sure that these children have no clue what they are depicting by wearing these (rags) shirts. Shame on the parents or guardians of them! POP ME IF YOU AGREE!

At the recent “Support for our Troops” rally that was held by the Republican backed and funded Move America Forward and Gathering of Eagles (who I like to call the "Smattering of Pigeons") groups last Saturday where they had 1/100th of the numbers of the true “Support the Troops” (and the people of Iraq)rally and march that was sponsored by the ANSWER Coalition, we pro-peace people were even called “Communists” several times. I have asked people what they mean when they call me that so-last century epithet and they say: “Yeah, you hate America.” Well, for all of those who have eyes but refuse to see, and ears but refuse to hear, this is what Communist means:
