New Orleans is still a basket case because the stupid negroes of New Orleans continue to elect an idiot mayor, and are too lazy and stupid to rebuild their city. Our greatest generation was tested in tougher times than this and emerged victorious. The current generations are soft and weak and the democrats have traded government handouts for votes, rendering them stupidly impotent. The enemy here is not our moral fiber. It is the cancer of liberalism.
