Hey goofy - you voted for these idiots

Americans are getting a good taste of what liberals do when they are in power, and it is ugly. Remember this the next time you enter that voting booth.

Reid says "coal makes us sick", and "oil makes us sick"
    pkronfield
    by pkronfield  7-1-2008    3
Dingy Harry makes me sick. Coal and oil have made this country the powerhouse it is. It hasn't made us sick, it's made us the most prosperous country in the history of mankind. Let's find another energy source beyond fossil fuels. Something that can run our wonderful engine of USA capitalism. Make petroleum worthless and the Arabs will be back to herding goats in no time.

The lunacy of liberalism. They acknowledge we need energy to survive, and then they make the oil companies the enemy and ban drilling.

I wonder if the original Big Bang was created by some civilization experimenting with high energy particle accelerators, and the experiment went amok. We will find out in September.

Environmental wacko want to hold trials for oil company chiefs
    pkronfield
    by pkronfield  6-23-2008    1
This wacko wants to try the CEO of Peabody Energy (has anybody ever heard of Peabody Energy??) for speaking out against global warming. Maybe he can get his liberal pal Justice Kennedy to rule on anyone who uses common sense against the "sky is falling" wackos and lock them up in Gitmo. These wackos are pinning all their hopes that the al Qaeda sleeper cell, Hussein Obama, will go for the Kyoto protocal to bankrupt all western countries, and allow the third world countries like China continue to pollute the world.

This guy is no scientist. He's an "earthquack". Another loony liberal from down under. Next they will start blaming increased of cancer, or hammer toes, or rising depth of pig wallows on global warming.

Now here's the first thing this candidate has said that makes sense. And if you liked the long lines at the gas pump and raging prices of the Carter administration, you'll just love having that Marxist Obama as president.

Gasprom Predicts Oil Will Reach $250

I hear a lot of people decrying the "greedy Arabs" for charging so much for their oil. Yet I have close friends with oil wells on their ranches who I admire and would certainly not consider unpatriotic, who sell their crude at market prices. It's going to be a rocky road, folks. I've just converted my truck to burn waste vegetable oil as fuel, and staked out sources of WVO at several restaurants nearby. (see www.greasecar.com or www.fryer-to-fuel.com).

Mankind may have shortened the life of the universe
    pkronfield
    by pkronfield  11-23-2007    1
"The intriguing question is this," Prof Krauss told the Telegraph. "If we attempt to apply quantum mechanics to the universe as a whole, and if our present state is unstable, then what sets the clock that governs decay? Once we determine our current state by observations, have we reset the clock? If so, as incredible as it may seem, our detection of dark energy may have reduced the life expectancy of our universe." Prof Krauss says that the measurement of the light from supernovae in 1998, which provided evidence of dark energy, may have reset the decay of the void to zero - back to a point when the likelihood of its surviving was falling rapidly. "In short, we may have snatched away the possibility of long-term survival for our universe and made it more likely it will decay," says Prof Krauss.

If we could invent a completely alternate energy source that the world could quickly embrace, all of the problems in the Middle East disappear. The Arabs revert to living in tents and herding sheep. Chevez focuses on bananas. Purported global warming is reversed. Internatl combustion engines become instant museum pieces.
