POPSWhy We Laugh And Cry I'm the type of person who can laugh and/or cry at just about anything. It makes me happy to do both. Sometimes people can say to me, "Oh, don't cry" but I most often feel and say "Oh don't worry, it's a good cry" and this article explains why it always apparently feels so good afterwards doing either.
