POPSBreast is Best - by Jeff Walker My friend, Jeff Walker, discusses how men love the breast...chicken, that is. I was waiting for the restaurant plug, but there was none. Just an article about how men love delicious chicken breasts. Maybe part two will include where to dine for the best dressed breast.

POPSWhat does "Love and Light" Mean? I always get emails signed "with Love and Light" and wondered exactly what does this mean. This explanation helps us understand the concept a little better. It's an interesting perspective, as we were always taught the opposite of "love and light" is "sin and darkness" and other wicked stuff. Well, in some cultures, and tribal cultures especially, there is no evil associated with the "darkness" other than that it is the necessary part of and opposite of the light - we need both and both serve a purpose.

POPSYou Have to Love Yourself First - Dr. Andrea Pennington To ROCK your own fashion sense you start with being secure within yourself, being confident and then expressing that through your style. I'm a huge fan of Dr. Dreah - she's right up there with Oprah for me. Her advice is sound because she practices what she preaches. You have to be whole on the inside and love yourself first before any real outward manifestations of style or confidence emerge.

POPSA Jealous Lover is a Bad Choice - Learn How to Love Right Love is the condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.... Jealousy is a disease, love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other, or assumes that the greater the love the greater the jealousy. - Robert Heinlein, American writer (1907-1988) I love that quote. Bill Allin is one of my favorite modern writers. I follow his published works, as they always inspire me, solve a problem, or give inspiration.

POPSLove and a Puppy How is it that there is so much wealth in this world and yet, so many people are suffering? We are inundated in the US with commercials that tell us "for only $.33 a day, you can feed a child. After taxes, office expenses, executive expenses, advertising, photo shoots, postage and of course, "handling"...how much of that actually goes to help ANYBODY? We cannot help the whole World. But we can do whatever is in our power to help others in our own Community. That's a start. For the child in the picture, right now "Love is...a puppy." Very soon, he, and others like him, might well discover that "Love is...a Bowl of Rice."

POPSTexting: Communication Progress or Communication Problem? The Relationship Quote of the Day: "Love is sustained by action, a pattern of devotion in the things we do for each other every day.” I love that quote. I think "texting" the one you love is a form of communication in our modern world that cannot be overlooked as a positive. If I only have a minute to sneak a text to my Beloved on my work break, isn't that better than going all day long not saying "I love you" or "I'm thinking about you" at all? Phooey on the texting nay-sayers. I works for me. I vote that is is a "progress" not a "problem" - in fact, in my busy life, I really don't know how I got along without it in the first place.
