     Here is a clear example of what is happening globally within the food industry. The 4-S Criteria for Food and Agriculture (terminology I coined some 3+ year ago) represents the natural course of development for an industry standard, management framework. Food entrepreneurs everywhere are being encouraged to embrace the 4-S principles.
