 The drift of this story is about bad administration but it sheds a bit of light on the shortest of lives but also provokes more questions for me. Is there a burial ground in the hospital? Does it have a plaque? What is a "special dignified service" and who provides it?

 Good news for UK Linux and Mac users who can at least access the content as Flash video.Improvements to other aspects for XP and Vista users too - the Beeb has been true to its word here. Not perfect but the right direction.

 I am a big fan of the cash less Oyster ticket for fares in London - it can disadvantage tourists though. the wave and pay seems interesting - the only bit I don't like is the credit card aspect. I cut mine up 5 years ago.
