POPSJ Street New Washington, DC Superstar? J Street has grown in influence very quickly. One of the prime reasons, I believe is that in the past 40 years peace never got close to settling the land and right to return questions or how an independent Palestine could be viable. The current 20-40 year old group have very little willingness to go slow about getting to yes. To them a year is a long time. POPSReflection's of a Gaza Mom Often just looking at the photographs that hold meaning to the taker give you insights you can get no other way. The words are few, the visions and thoughts many. It halps to make Gaza real and not just some pixels in a news report bookended by political views.

POPSOneVioce Movement to end Israeli - Palestinian Conflict The OneVoice Movement is an international mainstream grassroots movement with over 640,000 signatories in roughly equal numbers both in Israel and in Palestine, and 1,800 highly-trained youth leaders. It aims to amplify the voice of the overwhelming but heretofore silent majority of moderates who wish for peace and prosperity, empowering them to demand accountability from elected representatives and work toward a two-state solution guaranteeing an end to occupation and violence, and a viable, independent Palestinian state at peace with Israel.

POPSPeace and Understanding is Possible The choir burst into songs for peace, bringing surprised smiles from the audience. But the event had another twist: Most of the Holocaust survivors did not know the youths were Palestinians from the West Bank, a rare sight in Israel these days. And the youths had no idea they were performing for people who lived through Nazi genocide _ or even what the Holocaust was.
