     Comments: Wow is all I can say. This stuff rocks. Seasoning salt is just a mixture of salt and various spices. If you look in the spice section at the grocery store, you should have no problem finding one. I use Vege-Sal, which is more of a health store version of seasoning salt. The nutritional yeast gives it a cheesy flavor. on pasta so it was like alfredo sauce. I'm gonna try it on veggies-steamed broccoli. I highly recommend this stuff; it was fast, easy and tasty! make sure you use a whisk when heating the mix up on the stove to get the clumps out. It thickens pretty fast so watch it carefully. just like that nacho cheese sauce from the conveneince store but so much better This is so good! Just to make as much as you need! Very easy to take with you aswell, just add some water and pasta = the best mac&cheese I have ever had since becoming vegan. I've tried quite a few recipes and none have gotten the consistency right like this one

     Vegetarian Chicken Broth Ingredients 1 1/3 c nutritional yeast 3 tbsp onion powder 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tsp celery seed 2 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning 2 tbsp dried parsley Directions 1. Blend all ingredients except parsley to a smooth powder in a blender, shaking several times to redistribute. 2. Add parsley and mix. Store in container with a tight-fitting lid. Use at ratio of one teaspoon per cup of hot water.

They are really yummy. **many others said the original recipe is too sweet, so best to use less sugar like onitukamew* Nutrition based on onitukamew's changes: 57g serving size: 113cals, 1g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 107mg sodium, 23.9g carbs, 1.6g fiber, 5g sugar, 3g protein These were like twinkies or something, they were so good! I wasn't expecting them to be so good! these were delicious! little pieces of corn heaven. The best vegan cornbread muffins I've ever had! Reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup, added lime juice instead of vanilla extract, plus 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 Tbsp. sundried tomato paste, and sprinkled "hot & spicy salt" on top. They turned out great! Absolutely fantastic! Just made them tonight & already passed recipe on to a friend. I used maple syrup instead of sugar & vanilla soymilk

     you can get dark chocolate chips that are vegan by default Just made them and WOW! Amazing. If you cook them slighly less time, the bottom stays gooey. Truly delicoius. I added white chocolate chips to mine, as well. i just made a batch and had a little sample- it tastes great! i don't know if anyone else had this problem but my mixture was really dry and i had to add some chocolate soy milk (1/8 cup) to moisten it up a little. Made these yesterday in a round tupperware, sans chocolate chips. The texture is perfectly brownie-like, but you can taste too much of the banana, which ruins the chocolate brownie effect. The flavor of the olive oil came through a bit too much, as well, so I think next time I'll use plain ol veggie oil and see how it goes. Maybe use peanut butter, too? Anyway, all in all, the recipe is pretty decent and the texture is perfect. The flavor just needs some tweaking.
