POPSNYC proposed wedding photography law I'm no wedding photographer, but don't some of those rules and penalties seem a bit extreme? My uncle photographed my wedding, but I am not sure if he would have been able to under those laws.

POPSYou can't make this up I thought it was a joke when I first read it, but anything you could make up wouldn't be nearly as ironic as this.

POPSMay 2 hail storm Just a few shots from the May 2 early morning hail storm that I threw up on the internet. They really devastated my wife's flowers and left some small dings in the hood of my truck. The wind was blowing so hard that they were hitting the glass door and windows on the west side of the house.

POPSStop calling it a recession As Dvorak noted in his observation of anecdotal evidence on Sunday’s TWiT, folks are still filling up their gas guzzlers on a daily basis, still commuting to the jobs that they still have, for companies that still exist, funded by venture capital that is still flowing - all this despite the increased pressure at the pump and the more limited value of the dollar.
