POPSFollow up on: Is a Bigger Army a Better Army? Recruiting Data Just providing the actual recruiting information for the article clipped before (Is a Bigger Army a Better Army?) I have respect for all branches of the military. My advise to anyone thinking of joining. Become an Officer after serving 4 years enlisted, it will open your eyes. If you go to war, go with the Marines...in garrison... Air Force.. got to love room service

POPSRepublicans uniting for Troop withdrawl in 2008 Everyone keeps crying over the strategy of ours saying its failing, well of course it is, no one in the Iraq side of the government is willing to take charge over their war torn country or their corrupt military.

POPSVets Back Man in Trouble Over Protest Says it all: "Someone in the Marine Corps needs to exercise a little common sense" Well I totaly agree, but there are not many ones that are willing to exercise that because they lost most of their own in boot camp. POPSMarine vet faces hearing for wearing uniform at protest One : Be supportive of the troops, they follow orders. Two: A real Marine would not disgrace his own uniforms this way, to much pride wearing those things. Three: (this one is funny) He is a RESERVIST, meaning never had the AD lifestyle 4: He is in a catch 22 of sorts, saying that he doesn't have free speech the uniform's are apart of a socialist/military sector, but yet he is apart of it! 5: He is a TURD 6: He has the right to voice what he wants, if he is still a reservist he still falls under certain USMJ guide lines. 7: This is sad to see how many people are divided on this issue, get the war over with and bring the troops home. Where is the UN? I thought this would be the job of a "peace keeping" force. .

POPSVietnam Pullout When you make the choice to go into war, make sure you understand what some of the fallout could include. Terrible mistakes have been made in the past, and we should not just continue to make them. Vietnam has been over for a long time and yet I still see the vets that "broke" over there. Surreal
