POPSyou will probably get a chuckle, as I did about... the author may chuckle, but I love the freedom of expression the US has: there are people in so many countries in the world, who, forget about displaying such a blatant sign, cannot even speak aloud against their own Government!

POPSBush apology over troops' neglect! The hospital had been described as one of the military's crown jewels until reports came out of mouldy walls, rat infestation and general neglect....and the audacity of Bush to feel very conveniently sorry for the mess having created by him.
