About me
I have been in a state of "awakening" for the last three years. The more I read, the more interest I take in my own destiny, the more outraged I am at the way we, as a nation, and as a people, and as human spirits are being manipulated, and beaten down. UNITED WE STAND!
Why I use Clipmarks
The mainstream media does such a POOR job of reporting the news that is important to me.....This is one of the best places I get my information..If we network and help eachother, it will benefit us all.

The RULE OF LAW
mountainpalm
by mountainpalm  Today 2:57 PM
Then what is the answer? It is surely this: the Obama administration has decided to offer a two-tiered system of justice. We might call them the "high-quality" (civilian) tier and "low-quality" (military) tier. The high-quality approach offers greater accuracy; the low-quality approach offers less accuracy. The Obama administration will use the high-quality system against people when it has a strong case, and the low-quality system against people when it has a weak case.

HOLDER: The determination I make of where I think we can best try these cases does not depend on the whims or desires of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. … I have decided Article III courts are the best place to do that. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is not making this decision. The attorney general of the United States is making this decision. I don’t think that was an answer.

Besides the systemic ban, a key component of ObamaCare may also run afoul of the Constitution. The "individual mandate" for citizens to buy health insurance seems to violate the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause. In The Washington Post, attorneys David Rivkin and Lee Casey assert: The otherwise uninsured would be required to buy coverage...for no other reason than that people without health insurance exist. The federal government does not have the power to regulate Americans simply because they are there.

Monsanto has been suing and winning in the courts against farmers who "stole" GMO technology when the GMO pollen contaminated the farmer's non-GMO crops. Now that they are creating super-weeds resistant to toxic chemicals like Roundup, and spreading around through contamination, should they not be subject to the same standards? They should be reimbursing the farmers for infesting their crops with weeds. If there are any more small family farms left, that is. Farmers!!!! Rise up and take back your farms.

Recall the liberals and their human-rights campaigns, which were directed to brutal regimes that were knowingly committing horrific human-rights abuses. Yet, today both conservatives and liberals are keeping their lips sealed with respect to the communist regime in China. Why, apparently communism isn’t so bad anymore. And apparently, human-rights abuses in China aren’t so bad either. Nonsense. Everyone knows that the China communist regime is brutal and is still severely punishing people for exercising fundamental human rights. What’s really going on is that neither the conservatives nor the liberals want to antagonize the regime that has loaned them the money to engage in their grandiose socialist programs at home and imperialist programs abroad.

But the cleric, Anwar al-Awlaki, insisted in an interview with a Yemeni journalist contacted by the Post that he did not pressure Hasan to harm Americans. Al-Awlaki is a former imam at a Falls Church, Va., mosque where Hasan and his family occasionally worshipped. Al-Awlaki, a native-born U.S. citizen, left the United States in 2002, eventually traveling to Yemen. He said Hasan first e-mailed him in December 2008. Eventually, al-Awlaki said, Hasan came to view him as a confidant. "It was clear from his e-mails that Nidal trusted me," al-Awlaki told the journalist. "Nidal told me: 'I speak with you about issues that I never speak with anyone else.'"

President Obama created a new presidential precedent when he bowed to the Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko Saturday. No president of the United States in the more than 230 years since the country was founded in 1776 had ever bowed to a member of royalty. That was until Barack Obama’s presidency. In April, President Obama bowed to the Saudi king during the G-20 meeting. At the time, Obama’s deferential bow was somewhat obscured, and the White House insisted that the president simply had leaned forward to shake the king’s hand. But the president's recent demonstration of royal deference to the Japanese emperor and empress suggests his earlier action was no aberration.

Is he in fact with other cells? And most important for all of us: are there other cases like Maj. Hasan in the U.S.?”

The Obama government has made itself hostage to a toxic form of pretense and lying. In order to sustain the wish for "hope" - if not hope itself - the President and his White House advisors along with his cabinet appointments, are pretending that the historical forces of compressive contraction are not underway. They're flat-out lying about the employment figures issued in the government's name. They're willfully ignoring the comprehensive bankruptcy gripping government at all levels. They refuse to bring the law to bear against "the malefactors of great wealth." They appear to not understand the epochal energy scarcity problem the whole world faces, or its implications for industrial economies.
