If you think American reality shows are depraved...
m_a_d_d_i_
by m_a_d_d_i_  1-8-2007
I always knew Japanese Tv was odd, but seriously.. Other 'highlights' include a reality show where women are locked in a house and eliminated if they cry the least volume of tears, electric shock style gameshows, locking a comedian up in an apartment alone for a year with nothing to live on than what he could win from write in contests and a Jerry Springer style show where foreigners abuse Japan.

A British angler has landed a European record on his first catfishing expedition. Carl Smith, pictured right with friend Dave Jones, caught the 226lb wels catfish on holiday in Spain. The men struggled with the 8ft monster for more than 90 minutes and have named it Jaws.
