POPSFirefox 3 Mockups and Notes They are really making some major changes to the Firefox browser. The integration of tagging seems to be the best of the changes, though most power users have already moved bookmarks to online services like del.icio.us. The notes on the mockup for the tagging UI are particularly amusing. I guess some people don't know what or how to tag bookmarks? I just hope they don't sacrifice speed and the ability to customize easily in the name of gaining a few stupid newbie users. Also, I don't want them screwing up keyword functions in the URL bar with the stupid domain highlighting garbage. I use the URL bar as a customized search bar so that I have only one bar at the top of the browser. Right now I guess it is just wait and see. I haven't checked to find out when the first real solid release candidate is due out.

POPSTravel in Summer of 2007 The gist of the article is that traveling this summer hasn't been as bad as everyone thinks it has been. I disagree. Personally, I hope the passengers' bill of rights actually becomes a law. I don't want to end up trapped on a stupid runway a few feet from an airport. Traveling is really becoming a miserable experience.

POPSThe Nobodies want to Mess up the Democratic Ticket I think Edwards is right. They should remove the people who obviously don't stand a chance. I want to hear the views/ideas that belong to the serious contenders. Let the nobodies have their little debates on their local open access TV stations.

POPSThe $29 Hamburger At $29 that burger comes stuffed with braised short ribs and foie gras, served with black truffle, parmesan bun and french fries. Somebody has entirely too much money to waste.
