This solves the video blackout problem of beryl. However, x11 output is not as beautiful as that with XVideo extension. Hope beryl or XVideo is fixed to work just fine.

I was trying to retire an old nis slave machine and deleted his name from /var/yp/binding/<domainname>/ypservers. But the thing is not just it! I couldn't: # cd /var/yp; make yet... So I googled and found this tip. It helped me and solved the problem.
