POPSCSI Comes To Second Life An upcoming episode of CSI:NY will occur partly in Second Life. It will center around a murder who is stalking his prey virtually through SL. While I am not a big fan of CSI (can anyone say overacting) this episode will be interesting for one main reason... How many people will sign up for SL after the episode, and will the influx of users crash the SL servers? This should be cool :)

POPSLeopard Unleashed October 26? Well I hope that this rumor is true, and that Leopard lives up to its hype. I do suggest waiting some period before upgrading due to some issues that Leopard was having with Adobe programs in the recent seeds. Hopefully these issues will be resolved by then.

POPSGet Bryce 5.5 For Free Before They Change Their Minds Get Bryce 5.5 for free on the Daz website and upgrade to the newest version (6.1) for $19.99 until June 30th. All down-loadable. I use this 3D modeling software and I have to tell you folks that this is a steal. You can create beautiful landscapes, it has a very shallow learning curve, and it's easy and fun to use. Has a lot of pre-set options to choose from. Get it while it's hot. Works on Windows and Macs.

POPSMore Talk Time On The iPhone Nice to see that there are some improvements to the iPhone. Good news for those getting ready to shell out the same amount you would usually pay for a desktop computer.

POPSWhy Don't You Drive Your Mac Book Pro ? Wow, when apple said they where trying to expand their market I had no idea that I was going to be able to drive a mac. Does anyone remember the Coke/Pepsi wars? Well, this is kind of starting to feel like this. Soon I am sure we are going to see Microsoft coming out with their own car. I just quiver with anticipation ;)
