POPSFrom The "Oh, That's Comforting" File I could be wrong, but attempting suicide twice in a couple of weeks should give some warning that Britney Spears (who I loathe to begin with) may continue to be suicidal and a danger to others. I've almost started to respect Kevin Federline for standing up to Britney Spears and forcing her into rehab. If he and Britney "reunite" and settle down in Louisiana, then he's the idiot we all originally thought he was.

POPSNot Just a Political Issue While I appreciate that this is a political "platform" topic, my concerns are much simpler. Health insurance costs TOO much. "Employee and family" insurance exceeds $800 a month now, with better insurance carriers charging as much as $1100 a month. Even as a gainfully employed person, that's simply too much. I can afford paying full price (without insurance) for basic medical care. But what about those really big expenses, like surgery or serious illness? It's difficult to justify spending a quarter of my monthly income on the CHANCE that someone in my family might become serious ill. And that expenditure provides almost no short term benefits. I still have to pay $20-25 for medication, $30 for doctor's visits, etc.

POPSABC Sitcom Based on Geico Caveman Ummm, seriously? I really enjoy the commercials, don't get me wrong. But an entire sitcom based on the commercials. Don't expect this to last 13 episodes.
