Bill Maher, does it again, on Larry King... Do I ever LUV THIS GUY. He speaks, with humor, how RELICULOUS (ridiculous) the over the top religious nuts are. I believe everyone should be allowed to believe anything they want as long as their beliefs don't get them HOODWINKED by the conniving nutcases in charge of any particular religion... who try to spread their GOD like HE/SHE is a butter knife full of LARD... I use "lard" but I mean another 4 letter word. Life is one BIG mystery and anyone who tells you they know exactly what is going on in HEAVEN or the interstellar space full of interstellar medium is also full of that other 4 letter word. Well, except those years he spent in prison. Typical! And between you and me, he’s not very articulate. Oh, he may have some street smarts, but he’s not what you call an educated man. He freely admits he’s ignorant about the economy. And apparently the only thing his white running mate knows how to do is crank out one baby after another. And now of course, her teenage daughter is pregnant out of wedlock. Because she learns it at home! But that doesn’t mean we should assume all white people are like that, just because so many of them are.

POPSFunny how they never attack the science... It seems very popular in the media these days to attack 911 Truthers as crazy or lunatic... A lot of different right wing voices have "coincidentally" started chirping on the topic. But no one does much to contradict the science behind the doubt; or the obvious inconsistentcies -- especially surrounding the "plane" crash at the Pentagon. I think the people who caused 911 are worried that the truth is catching up with them. Go to YouTube and watch "Loose Change" to get caught up on the science and doubt around 911.

POPSAn unbelievable interview with ONE BRAVE MAN! (Video) I caught this interview on "Real Time With Bill Maher" and I hung on every intellectual word that came from the brilliant mind of Garry Kasparov chess champion, who is running against Putin in Russia. It was enlightening but also a bit depressing, because there aren't many leaders that could reach the genius of this man. Especially, here in the USA, where, as Chris Mathews (a guest on "Real Time") said after the interview "that was so sophisticated, and this audience was listening to every word. Our guys here talk down to us!" I started thinking about that statement by Mathews ... Why do they talk down to us? The answer is clear, because so many in the voting block seem to want and NEED their leaders to talk down to them. They, like small children, want the protection of a BIG DADDY who will tell them "Don't you worry, I'm here to protect you." and so they go on talking down, just to appease in order to get votes. Depressing is too light a word for how this makes me feel.

POPSBill Maher Pisses Me Off Sometimes. I generally like Bill Maher, except when he really steps over the line with his snide comments. In this case I believe he is entirely wrong. Mr. Maher insists he is a Libertarian, and yet, when it comes to mother's breastfeeding in public, not so much. How dare he compare breastfeeding to masturbation. If that's the case, perhaps he would be less offended if he walked into a public establishment and found a group of people jerking-off and playing with their clitorises. After all, at least no one would be sucking, or crying.

POPS'Sicko' Subject Faces Criminal Charges Now this is going overboard. Pressing charges against someone who helped out after 9-11 because they went to Cuba to seek better health care treatment. If our health care system actually worked well, he would not have to go to Cuba. I think the government is somehow going after the documentary "Sicko" by this move.
