POPSBluehost : Is downtime an accepted thing Okay some homepage is cached and indexed. My interior pages/posts are just getting cached.The way I am checking this is by going into google and typing in “site:http://www.TeamTapper.com”

POPSBluehost : Bluehost E-Mail Contact for complaints I have two trouble tickets open, one open for over 40 hours and one open for over 12 hours with no activity on either by Bluehost support. I attempted contact via Live Chat, but after waiting nearly 10 minutes for a connection, I was given inaccurate info by the support tech and then suddently during the chat, the session terminated.

Does anyone know how to do this, or where to point someone to the answer on this forum? I did a search for Blackberry on here and found a few things but not quite enough info. POPSBluehost : Designing a video page like youtube. I’m newbie to web designing, I am trying to re-design my video page on my website to have a format like the one on youtube. I wanna have thumbnail previews of videos, ability to sort out the videos alphabetically using artists names and getting stats for the top 10 most played videos where this stats would be placed on the main index page.

I’ve worked in larger data centers with dozens of blades per rack, network attached storage and/or storge frames (EMC, HP), climate controlled environments, all monitored by a NoC (Network Operations Center) 24/7.

POPSBluehost How-To : locate .htaccess file? I am trying to edit my .htaccess file. It’s for a wp plugin and all I have to do is copy some code. However, I can’t find it when I go to file manager. When I do a search files, is says that there is a .htaccess file in both my root domain and my addon domain folder, but like I said, when I look for it, it’s not there. What am I doing wrong

POPSBluehost How-To : Browser FTP access not working The problem is when trying to access the ftp folder where the users home directory is located using a browser. For example ftp://ftp.domain.com would normally allow anonymous users to access the public_ftp folder, but in this case it doesn’t display anything.

POPSBluehost How-To : Security for newbies Hey, my knowledge on this is pretty limited, I was recently attacked by a phishing network so I had everything reset and all my files were deleted. I haven’t added any new files as of yet because I was wondering if there are any security measures people take to protect the site.
