     Why am I not at all shocked by this? If they're not stealing it, they're usually bashing it around when it's marked fragile. I remember one time sitting next to the window watching them load one of my bags that had a fragile sticker on it. They just threw it in with as much force as they could muster instead of gently placing it in. Sure enough as soon as the plane landed and I got my bag, everything was smashed inside. I learned my lesson after that. (First time flying way back in the early 90's.)

     I hope this isn't a double post, I saw a news story about this a long while back when they first took them to court and I'm glad to see it finally settled. The guy deserved to be fired, not resigned. I hope this means he doesn't get his pension, because truly he doesn't even deserve that.
