POPSBoobs on the Street Images! STICK 'EM UP! These gravity defying ads for DTACK - Adhesive tape, use extreme examples for the tapes use in hilarious ways. As funny as it may seem, the humour is also very relevant in today's age defying conscious society. We think perhaps the male version of the ad may have been a little extreme! by Andy G

POPSThe Wii whips the competition From the moment I heard Shigeru Miyamoto describe the concept behind the Wii (then codenamed Revolution) I knew they'd have a hit on their hands if they got it right. I got mine last Christmas, and they're still selling so fast Nintendo can't keep them on shelves - it's an amazing system, and they're redefining the whole market by creating a new class of "casual gamers". My parents, in-laws, and even my grandmother have played and love the Wii.

"The Game Developers Conference is a place for developers to learn from one another, and I think it is safe to say that every member of the community has at one time or another fantasized about having Shigeru Miyamoto as a mentor and teacher," said Jamil Moledina, Executive Director of the GDC. POPSChristian Group Preps To Attack Wii At first I was irritated... but then i read the last paragraph: So the solution lies in parents getting the facts and then talking to their children about expectations for online activity. Foster believes that, "Whether it is the home computer or these new gaming consoles, porn is easily accessible. The Wii is an amazing console and tons of fun but parents need good info on how to keep kids safe." I still think it is a bit of an extreme/fear mongering way to get the message of that last paragraph across...

POPSWave to the PC! It's watching "Imagine two (or more) kids engaged in a sign language duel to control the set." I'm sure it won't be long and we'll be able to watch videos of the duels on youtube. it won't be long before you'll be able to write a novel by wiggling your nose. All you'll need is a plot.

POPS"Spray-On" computing unveiled by Scottish scientists We are seeing this kind of technology in the Nintendo Wii and this is a very, very primitive form of what we will be demonstrating on Friday. As a huge fan of the Wii, I can only dream of the day that you spray on your controller. That's one great way to alleviate all the broken tvs and windows. Although I'm sure somebody would end up throwing themselves through a window when jumping for that tennis ball that get's returned on the opposite side of the court. Sounds to me like the idea from the movie lawnmower man isn't that far off!

POPSWhy You Can't Find A Wii You might want to blame the continuing Wii shortage on the evil machinations of Wario or King Koopa. But the fact of the matter is that Nintendo just can't make enough of the devices to meet demand --even though the company has increased production from about 1 million to 1.8 million a month.
