POPSThe End of Web 2.0? German GEMA against Rapidshare The german GEMA (ASCAP/BMI) tries to stop Rapidshare, a german share hoster service, because of copyright offenses. This would possibly be an extreme obstruction for other user generated content services like youtube and myspace.
