while we talk about "stimulus" checks, at $300/person, that are supposed to "stimulate" the economy - helpful? wasteful? - the current Wall St. plan amounts to $10,000 for every man, woman and child. All it does is allow greedy people to cash out and keep their shirts. "Let the market decide," indeed - they decided they want our money.
