POPSDieting Right Part 3 Weight Watchers is absolutely wonderful, you can easily count how many points you get per day, then you have 35 extra per week. What's really nice is the point system, it goes by fiber, calories, and fat. Very simple and they even have a book of points for major restaurants! I have been losing about 2 pounds per week, which is the most you should lose in a week to be healthy.
