Cossiga’s tendency to be outspoken upset the Italian political establishment, and he was forced to resign after revealing the existence of, and his part in setting up, Operation Gladio. This was a rogue intelligence network under NATO auspices that carried out bombings across Europe in the 1960s, 1970s and ’80s. Gladio’s specialty was to carry out what they termed “false flag” operations-terror attacks that were blamed on their domestic and geopolitical opposition. In March 2001, Gladio agent Vincenzo Vinciguerra stated, in sworn testimony, “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security.” Cossiga first expressed his doubts about 9-11 in 2001, and is quoted by 9-11 researcher Webster Tarpley saying “The mastermind of the attack must have been a sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to rec

    All Gays Extinct By 2070

Dr Myars went on to paint a bleak picture for how society would be affected. "Obviously industries like hairdressing and interior design and university lecturers will be hardest hit, but organisations such as the BBC, CIA, Police will also be badly affected. Some gays may continue to be born in places like Sunderland, Salford and Bootle, were mincing around in a pink shell suit with your boyfriend is still frowned upon. But numbers will be far too low to have much impact nationally." Dr. Myars suggests one solution would be a quota based system of immigration for homosexual men from less developed parts of the world such as Mississippi or Turkmenistan where gay men still have to lead double lives and numbers are expected to be maintained. Dr Myars is currently studying the future of Lesbians, Bull Dykes in particular, in the developed world and his paper is expected shortly. The situation may also be saved by the vast number of married 'closets in Ireland.

    Bo Obama a Cuban spy

"For quite some time, I truly believed that Bo was innocent ." said CIA chief Dan Roman. "We watched this dog's every move, all hours of the day. One day, while Bo was out in the yard, I realized that he was making a strange lifting motion with his back leg repeatedly while shooting a stream of pee onto the lawn. I was able to quickly decipher that these pee streams were some form of morse code." Agents quickly returned the following line of text: "FKSDPGJDSLGJSLDJGcubaDSPKSPGKKFPKG" "That was when I knew. We all knew." said Roman. Authorities confirmed his Cuban spy status by feeding him Empanadas and traditional Cuban Arroz con pollo, both of which he wolfed down whole-heartedly. "We'd like to thank the anonymous callers who gave us the tip on this - Al Dente, who is a recent Italian immigrant, and a Harry Vaginalover. These men are great Americans and I'm proud to have come in contact with them. They even alerted us to the fact that Pr

The discussion was held following Fords recent receipt of the CIA inspector generals now-infamous report informally known as the Family Jewels. It revealed hundreds of CIA indiscretions ranging from experimenting on soldiers and prisoners with illegal, hallucinogenic drugs to assassination plots against South American leftists.

The finding imposed no geographical limitations on the agency's actions, and intelligence officials have said that they were not obliged to notify Congress of each operation envisaged under the directive. "No geographical limitations" presumably means that operations could potentially be carried out in countries, friendly or unfriendly, that are far from any war zone -- including even the US itself. And it seems likely that they would be carried out without notifying the foreign country in question.

what's gone wrong with the US spy agency?

    by foxyarse  7-14-2009    1
Spy agencies in democracies the world over face conflicting pressures. By definition they work in secret, but they must also be publicly accountable. In no democracy is this tension more institutionalised than in the US -- as this latest affair involving the former vice-president underlines. On this occasion, Mr Cheney and the CIA may have broken the law, violating the agency's duty to "inform" Congress about its activities. But sometimes oversight by Congress hurts the agency.

Senator John McCain responded to the allegations of CIA interference by stating, "This result has nothing to do with the CIA and everything to do with a dysfunctional federal bureaucracy. How an American comedian contesting a Senate seat ends up President of Iran speaks volumes to the inefficiency of the Federal government. Perhaps it's time to burn all of out institutions down and start from scratch again. Call it 'shock and awe' or something." McCain finished by saying, "Of course all this could have been avoided if the legislative branch had allowed us six months ago to nuke Iran."
