Possible solutions include putting aluminum covers on street lighting to direct the illumination downwards, and using weaker, more energy-efficient lamps, he said. I know in chemistry, IUPAC has accepted the discoverer's initial naming in every case I'm aware of. The Brazilian government must be seeing dollar signs.
