 I've been traumatized in the past by vests, so although I recognize them as a returning fashion trend, I have reservations. Vests worn correctly can be really sexy. Vests worn incorrectly can be out-and-out dowdy.

 I've seen people continue to look for pencil skirts, and since they are casual, elegant, and fab, I recommend them. While this taper down might not be too friendly to people with an extended belly, for most shapes it's still workable as long as you like your legs.
