POPSHome "staging"... a growth industry? Last time I sold a house was in 1989 - 19 years ago. I was 47 then. Bought and sold 13 homes before 1989 and NEVER heard the term "staging". Now apparently it's a profession... it's an industry... heck it's a GROWTH industry. There are individuals and companies out there who you can pay to help you get your residence ready to sell. Maybe I'm just getting old and cynical, but it sounds a lot like the wedding planning industry to me. Just another frilly way for us to spend money... unnecessarily.
