     It's all about awareness. Before the internet, people were kept in the dark about most of the world's harsh realities. But now, with cameras that fit on phones and a world that is digitally connected, people are becoming more and more aware...which is leading them to become less and less tolerant of their own oppression. By making it easier to spread information, news and ideas, the Internet is impacting the world in ways far greater than many people realize. It's not just about "hey, i just ate a hamburger." It's about a wide open exploration of people's lives all over the world.
