 It's hard to say for sure what the affects will be, but there is no doubt that the new form of "social" that we're becoming accustomed to is changing our habits and expectations in regards to relationships. I think the biggest positive is that people are becoming more open minded about who they interact with and are therefore exposed to more information, knowledge and perspectives than ever before.

Software 101: Don't let inmates run the asylum

 This clip reminded me of a book i once read called The Inmates Are Running The Asylum (can get it here http://bit.ly/2LITwP0). It's primarily about software/technology development and how imperative it is to have ordinary people (non-techies) driving the development of the user experience and user interface because what seems clear and obvious to techies is not usually clear to most people. I've always tried to practice this in the development of Clipmarks and Amplify - putting myself (an uber non-techie) at the front of the user experience.
