POPS North Korea should stick to nuclear threats.

Honestly, this is hilarious. I mean we are talking about a country that is positioning itself as a serious nuclear threat - but here they are ragging on the style of dress of the Secretary of State of the U.S. I can just picture a bunch of North Korean nutballs sitting around a table laughing at potential one-liners they would use to dis her. And this is the best they could come up with???
